It is an expression of my skills and experience that I have been working in the fashion retail industry for about 4.5 years and have a Master's degree in Brand and Communication from Politecnico di Milano and Milano Fashion Institute. Not to mention several certified fashion courses.

-Creation of a brand profile - segmentation, target and position, logo with a signifier from the brand story, allocation of merchandise to the store location for both online and offline.
Budget - Create, execute and evaluate a 5-year budget for each expense and capital requirement for each account (e.g. offline store operations, entertainment, OTB, marketing campaign, team operational activities).
P&L - Forecast sales and purchase volume from historical portfolio and projection. The highlight of achievements was achieving 50% gross profit on average for the first 6 months of the brand launch and maintaining the existing brand's profit in the range of $13.300 - $31.200 per month.
Store Opening - Dealt with department stores to open 6 stores and able to get to promotion area within the first 6 months from the launch and achieve sales target. Store expansion of the brand in the SEA regions (Singapore and Malaysia) for both the e-commerce and the offline store of the business partner. As part of the deal, we discussed the margin, warehouse, shipping and marketing campaign.

BUSINESS PLAN

SAVOIR-FAIRE
Demonstrated excellent communication skills by telling the story of how the products were made. Followed Louis Vuitton's online lessons through its app to learn more about Savoir-Faire and proactively applied LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton's 8-week INSIDE LVMH certification programme consisting of; LVMH & The Luxury Industry, Luxury & Sustainability, Creation & Branding, Retail & Customer Experience.
Creating and managing the OTB- according to the budget, and managing the merchandising process monthly by monitoring the market trends, managing the amount to buy for the upcoming month by historically managing from the previous month. Once happened an over budget for the month X but in the calculation, it meets an adequate amount for the budget in the month Y. In order to keep updated on what is trending during a specific period, the solution was to divide the budget of Y for X so that the brand can still have new collections monthly but with a limited quantity per item.
Manage the physical stock on hand- the products coming in at the exact time and the flashing out of obsolete items.
Control of sales volume and monthly markdown- to achieve gross margin target.
Controlled and supported the request for products- to manage the availability of the products of Ready-to-Wear and Fragrance at that time at Louis Vuitton Indonesia as a Customer Advisor.

Merchandising Plan (OTB)
CLIENTELE
Cultivated and developed successful customer relationships- within the luxury retail segment, generating a 10/10 rating and becoming one of the top 3 performers who was able to reach out to customers in my first 2 months of working at Louis Vuitton.
Approach clients with stories of French craftsmanship- and materials, some of which come from Italy, to generate repeat sales because trust is earned.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Opened 6 offline stores; 5 stores in department stores and 1 store in the multi-band store- of the company within 3 months. Led marketing campaigns from deciding percentage of markdown to selecting KOL for promotion, product development from selecting fabric, design to checking quality based on standards, determining retail price from COGM to ideal retail price that meets GM target, and maintained stable inventory and P&L up to $14.000 in one month.
EXCEPTIONAL SALES
Sell at least one high-end product category- (e.g. diamond or gold jewellery, exotic leather, watches and hard goods) and regular products each month for over $7580 per transaction.
TEAMWORK
Proactively manage and build effective communication between departments such as Visual Merchandisers, Designers, Creative Teams, Merchandising, Production Teams, Brand Performance Team, GM / MT Team (General Trade and Modern Trade).
